The price in USD ($) are obligate, any exchange rate is only a example and was counted by 1,07 $ = 1,00 € ( rounded to full)

– Poolheater ca. 14,00 € / 15 $ p. day (optional)
– The price includes power consumption of 50 kwh/week (more consumption will be calculated after)
– WiFi + local Phone is free
– TV free (not movies on demand/pay TV)
– deposit 350,00 € / 400,00 $
– will be refunded after proper home inspection no later than two weeks
– Prices are per House with a total maximum of 6 People. Any more People will cost additional 13 € / 15 $ per Night (max. 8 people)
– Arrivalday: Flexible
– Check In 10 a.m.; Check Out until 4 p.m.
– First Payment 30% after your booking, total payment 8 weeks before arrival.

– Contract for Rental comes via E-Mail or Fax.
